About Dr. Nancy Heath
Dr. Heath is a Distinguished James McGill Professor in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology at McGill University and Director of the DAIR research team.

Our research team is committed to conducting both applied and basic research addressing issues of mental health resilience in elementary, secondary, and post-secondary educational settings.
About the DAIR Team
More than 80 graduate students and numerous undergraduates have participated in the DAIR research team in the last 25 years. The team collaborates with researchers across Canada and internationally.
